This article is about a controlled recess. Some schools are supervising recess, they have a teacher or a coach do an activity with the children. The point of this is to, keep children off the fence and to keep them active. There is also allot less injuries in the school yard, and less children being disciplined for misbehaving . Some parents argue that it's not fair that the kids don't have there own break/time for themselves, while others agree that its as good method.
